If you believe your product is faulty within the warranty period:

Service & Repair Out-of-Warranty

Products outside the warranty period may be repaired at a cost agreed in advance. A diagnostic fee of KES 1,500 applies to all out-of-warranty assessments, which is waived if you proceed with the repair.
